Delivery Info

Same Day Despatch - Shop online before 5pm and your order will be despatched the same day (if all items are in stock). Order any time after 5pm and your order will be despatched the very next day.

Next Day means next working day Monday to Friday (UK only - excluding bank holidays).

Delivery costs are as follows:

** Free Guaranteed next day courier service (Citylink) for orders over £200.00**

All deliveries must be signed for so please make sure there is someone present at your delivery address to sign for the goods.

Citylink will attempt delivery, if there is nobody there to sign for the goods they should leave a card with your consignment number on it. We also send you an email with this consignment number.

If you have missed a delivery attempt it is important you get in touch with either Citylink or ourselves as soon as possible and a second delivery can be arranged within 5 days of the first attempt.

If you miss the second delivery attempt as well there will be a small charge for a 3rd delivery, or you can pick up the goods from your local Citylink depot.

European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

European orders are despatched on an 'International Signed For' service

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 5pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only - excluding bank holidays).

NEXT DAY MEANS NEXT WORKING DAY AND THEREFORE DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY DELIVERY. If you require your goods on a Saturday please order on a Friday and select the Saturday delivery option.

All orders shipped by NUSYSTEMS.co.uk can be tracked online. At any point after despatch we can supply you with your unique Citylink tracking code on request
